Health Insurance: This includes medical, dental, and vision benefits. Most of Taiwan 's medical fees are covered by this national health insurance program. |

Labor Insurance: In case of sickness or accidents whether on job or off job, the company takes action to assist the employee to make such claims. |

Retirement Fee: For partner employees in the Taiwan area, the company provides a retirement fee saving plan up to 6% of the employee's taxable income. When the employee leaves the company for whatever reason prior to retirement, he/she can transfer this fund to his/her new post. If the employee reaches retirement age, the fund shall be available for his/her usage. |

Business Traveler's Insurance: For Employees whom need to travel overseas for business purposes, an additional Business Traveler Insurance is provided. This insurance also includes sickness or accidents abroad during the travel duration. |

Stock Option: Dependable on the profitability and timing of stock release programs, employees that attain a certain performance level required by the company will be legible for company stock option plans. |
